The security deposit is equal to 1.5 month's rent (no last months’ rent deposit is required). SMALL Pets under 25lbs are welcome with an additional $50 per pet, per month pet fee and the owner must approve. However, No Aggressive or Dangerous Dog Breeds (Including but not limited to: Dobermans, Rottweilers, Chows, German Shepherds, Staffordshire Terriers, American Pit Bull Terriers). Additional HOA limits may apply. A non-refundable $95 background fee is charged for each applicant 18 years old or older. Additional monthly property management fees apply. If property is located in an HOA additional fees may apply and an application may need to be submitted for approval by them in addition to our management company application.

Tenant liability insurance is required and can be purchased through your insurance carrier or can be obtained through our affiliate insurance company for an additional monthly cost. This property is currently not registered within the Section 8 program.
